Secure Access Firewall is integrated into the MAX™ and Pipeline® products to stop intruders at the edge of the network, preventing them from accessing sensitive corporate data. At the central site, RADIUS-compliant Access Control can be used in conjunction with any MAX product to manage, control and secure all remote connections. Both are integrated into Ascend’s products to provide a surefire, single-vendor solution for protecting the entire network.

Secure Access Firewall integrates state-of-the art dynamic firewall technology with Ascend’s Pipeline and MAX products to deliver a secure and cost-effective, enterprise-wide solution for securing an entire network. Secure Access Manager is a Windows-based application that gives network managers granular control over the firewall security functions of the entire network from a centralized location.

Access Control works with any RADIUS-compliant remote access server to provide an integrated, network-wide security management system for authenticating, authorizing and monitoring all analog and digital remote access connections from one centralized location. Access Control Manager is an intuitive, Java-based application that simplifies configuring and managing Access Control.
