Ascend Logos & Guidelines

Color System
The Ascend logo is restricted to the following examples.

Two Color Use
Color provides a powerful means of visual recognition. Two colors represent Ascend as shown below.

  • Ascend Red (PMS 200) is to be used in the two triangles and for the Ascend letterform.
  • Ascend Gold (PMS 136) is to be used in the central circle only.
  • White should also be used as a back-ground color whenever possible.

    Single Color Use
Ascend Red or black is the preferred color for single color use.

  • Reversed Use
The Ascend symbol can be reversed to white only if the background is a solid, dark color.

If the background color or value varies, the symbol must be printed in a white containing shape.

    Logo Misuse
Logo misuse includes the following and is not permitted: screening the center circle, substitution of another typestyle, adding elements to the logo, and alterations of the proportions of the logo.

    Color System
"Clear Space" simply means keeping the area surrounding the symbol free of visual distraction. The basic unit of measurement for determining clear space is identified as "X".
A minimum of 1X must remain clear on all four sides of the symbol, regardless of the symbol's size. There is no maximum clear space requirement.
