Your telephone company should provide information about your ISDN service that you need to configure the Pipeline--including the telephone numbers, service profile identifiers (SPIDs), if any, and the switch type used--when they complete the installation. If you did not receive this information, contact the telephone company.
Most types of ISDN service include two telephone numbers. However, certain kinds of service, such as AT&T Custom Point-to-Point, include only one telephone number.
