License Agreement

This legal document is an agreement between you, the end user, and Funk Software, Inc., which is effective upon your installation of the software which accompanies this license. Funk Software grants to you, and you accept, a non-exclusive license to use the time-limited demonstration version of the Proxy Master software and the Proxy Host software for a period of thirty days from the date you first install the software on any workstation.

This license to use the software is for the purpose of evaluation. At the end of thirty days, your license to use the software is terminated. You may install the time-limited demonstration version of the Proxy Master software and the Proxy Host software on as many workstations as you choose, but only for your internal use.

You are expressly prohibited from sublicensing, assigning, renting, loaning, copying, or otherwise transferring the software or documentation to anyone. You may not later modify, adapt, create a derivative work, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software. Any attempt to do any of the foregoing shall automatically terminate your license.

This software is being provided to you for evaluation purposes and at no charge. FUNK SOFTWARE LICENSES THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE OR ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FUNK SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION.
