| If an OpenStage telephone has been assigned to a number that was configured as a "mobile" number via its administration menu:

This OpenStage telephone logs on to the system with a mobile profile.
|
|

When a user logs on to another, i.e., second OpenStage telephone, the first OpenStage telephone is disconnected from the system. HOWEVER, after 1 minute, the second OpenStage telephone is automatically logged off, and the first OpenStage telephone is logged on to the system once again.
|

|
|

| When using workpoint clients with a different number of function keys, restrictions can occur when transferring key layouts. Example: Home Logon = optiPoint 410 advance (14 programmable keys), Mobile User Logon = optiPoint 410 standard (7 programmable keys).

| When using OpenStage telephones and OpenScape Personal Edition there are further restrictions when transferring key layouts.
|

Example: Home Logon = OpenStage 80, Mobile User Logon = OpenScape Personal Edition

The keys 1 to 4 of OpenScape Personal Edition are assigned with the usual functions (service, redial, microphone, speaker).

The contents of the nine programmable OpenStage 80 keys are transferred to the key 9 - 16 und 18 on the OpenScape Personal Edition.

The keys 5 to 8 of OpenScape Personal Edition are programmable (key 5 can only be programmed with HiPath 3000/5000 Manager E. Keys 6 to 8 can also be programmed using OpenScape Personal Edition.). The contents are maintained when a mobile user logs on or off.

When a mobile user logs on to the OpenStage 80 the original key assignment is restored.
