optiPoint Attendant |
| A specially equipped optiPoint telephone can perform switching services for HiPath 3000/5000. This optiPoint Attendant simultaneously serves as the intercept position. It is the destination for all incoming non-DID calls and calls which the call-allocation algorithms are unable to route to users (intercept calls). The attendant routes these calls to the correct destination. |
| Configuration as optiPoint Attendant is possible for the following terminals: optiPoint 500 economy/basic/standard/advance, optiPoint 410 economy/economy plus/standard/advance, optiPoint 420 economy/economy plus/standard/advance, and optiPoint 600 office. |
